Agreement to the terms of service
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and ACE Virtual Learning ("Company," “we," “us," or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the https://www.acevl.com/ website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you disagree with our terms of service, please discontinue the use of this website immediately.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Service at any time and for any reason with or without notification to our users and/or customers. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Terms of Use, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.
The information provided on the Site is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
By visiting our website and/or enrolling for any of the services we offer, you are confirming that you understand and agree to abide by and accept the terms of service displayed on this webpage for our website and the services that we provide.
The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Site.
Course Policies
The following shall apply if your child is enrolled in any of the courses that we offer at ACE Virtual Learning.

Class Days & Timings. After enrolling for our course(s), your child will be placed into a class that occurs at a specific day and time. We can change your child's class' day(s) and timing(s) at any time for any reason.

Student Absences. You may only reschedule a session if you have notified us regarding your child's absence at least 24 hours before your child's respective session that would be missed. If your notify us less than 24 hours before a class in which your child will be absent for, you will no longer be eligible to reschedule the session for which your child was absent for, and you will not be eligible for a refund or any form of compensation for the missed session. You will not be allowed to reschedule a session more than twice within a thirty day calendar month.

Teacher Absences. There is no limit on the number of sessions your child's teacher(s) can be absent for. In the case that a teacher is absent for a respective session, you will be allowed to reschedule the respective session.

Student Capacity. As of the date of our most recent update to our terms of service, ACE Virtual Learning's classes will have a maximum attendance of 8 children. We are allowed to change our class capacity at any time we like with or without notifying you or your child.

Late Arrival. No adjustment shall be made for time lost because of late arrival by you or your child.

Teacher Changes. Occasionally, due to various circumstances, We may replace your child's teacher with another. We will not refund the amount you have paid should we replace your child's teacher within a three week time period. If we are unable to assign your child to another teacher within a three week period, only then will we provide a refund for the classes that your child has not yet attended within the respective month of the ongoing classes.

Withdrawals/Refunds/Guarantees. If you choose to withdraw Your/Your Student’s enrollment at ACE Virtual Learning seven days before the third scheduled session of your program, ACE Virtual Learning will refund the amount you have paid for the respective month in which you have expressed intent of withdrawing your child from ACE Virtual Learning . No refunds will be provided for withdrawals after the day of your child's third scheduled tutoring session. If your child has attended more than 2 classes at ACE Virtual Learning, you will not be eligible to discontinue your child's classes until you have been billed 3 times for Quarterly Plans or 1 time for Monthly Plans. Once you have been billed 1-3 times, you may discontinue the classes whenever you want. We will not be able to provide a refund if your child has taken more than 1 class in any month after 1 payment cycle has been processed. We will take approximately 7-14 days to initiate your refund from the day you request a refund. To request a withdrawal, please email us at acelearning05@gmail.com within 30 days of your latest billed invoice. If you have not sent us an email with intent to withdraw your child from our program within 30 days of your latest billed invoice, we will not be obligated to provide a refund for any un-used classes. ACE Virtual Learning does not guarantee a specific grade/academic growth for your child's courses in the school that they attend.

Recordings. ACE Virtual Learning class sessions, tutoring sessions and instruction sessions of any kind may be recorded for quality assurance and administrative purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By visiting, logging into, or participating in any class, tutoring session or instruction session of any kind, you and your child are confirming your consent to the recording of your presence, participation, and any video or audio feeds you enable in that session.

Discontinuing Classes. We reserve the right at all times to discontinue your/your child's classes with us for any reason. You will only be eligible for a refund for the classes that your child has not yet attended within the respective month of us discontinuing the classes. We reserve the right to refuse providing our services to anyone at any time for any reason.
Legal
Liability. To the fullest extent provided by law, in no event will the collective liability of ACE Virtual Learning and its employees or directors to any party exceed the amount paid to ACE Virtual Learning within a the twelve month timeframe prior to when the liability arose. This does not affect any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Matters within and outside of a session. ACE Virtual Learning's members, managers, and/or directors are not liable for any harm inflicted on you and/or your child within and outside the occurrence of any of our sessions.
Privacy Policy
Please review our Privacy Policy: https://www.acevl.com/privacypolicy. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use. Please be advised the Site is hosted in the United States. If you access the Site from any other region of the world with laws or other requirements governing personal data collection, use, or disclosure that differ from applicable laws in the United States, then through your continued use of the Site, you are transferring your data to the United States, and you agree to have your data transferred to and processed in the United States.
